ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Jack Sparacino received a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Chicago and was then a post-doctoral fellow at The Ohio State University. He met the incredible “Hurricane” Jane Hill in 1982 at Yankelovich, Skelly & White and they were married for 34 wonderful years. He spent most of his career in aerospace until retiring from Sikorsky Aircraft, a division of United Technologies Corporation.
In retirement, he works as a journalist and short story writer, publishing over 250 newspaper columns on widely ranging subjects. Writing short stories has been one of his greatest professional satisfactions and passions. He is also the author of the upcoming “Proof of Life” and “What Could Possibly Go Wrong?” Mr. Sparacino was awarded the World War Two Victory Medal by the United States Navy for his historical writings.
